- Explain model behavior and limitations clearly to non-ML stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production ML/AI systems, not just research
- Experience with retrieval, embeddings, and LLM orchestration
- Healthy skepticism about AI demos that haven't been load-tested
- Based in a US or EU timezone
